Once given the nickname “Heart of a Lion,” Catherine embodies every meaning of this phrase in both her professional and personal life. When faced with a challenge, Catherine is not afraid to take on the unknown with determination and a focus to succeed. Whether it be a difficult search she is working on, or a new yoga pose her teacher has tasked her with, she won’t give up till it has been achieved.

Catherine has been in the field of recruiting since she graduated from the University of Oregon in 2016. She’s held diverse roles in companies across San Francisco and Chicago. Her experience ranges from working with small tech startups to Fortune 100 companies, spanning multiple industries. What sets Catherine apart is her unwavering commitment to excellence. No task is too big or small in order to get the job done.

As a native of Lake Oswego, Catherine loves walks around the lake, paddle boarding, trips to the Saturday market and, of course, her daily yoga class. She loves spending time with her family and most importantly attending Oregon Duck football games in the fall. She is no stranger to a Saturday at Autzen stadium!
